Following organizational changes, they needed to consolidate two separate Okta environments into one — merging users, groups, attributes, and application assignments while keeping everything secure and operational.

This wasn't just a data merge. Every employee's access to every tool needed to work correctly after consolidation. Onboarding and offboarding workflows needed to function in the new unified environment. And a growing list of business-critical applications needed to be properly integrated with identity management.

Okta Environment Merge

We executed Printify's integration plan by:

Merging user accounts, attributes, groups, and application assignments between two organizations

Reviewing existing Okta setups, assessing configurations, and implementing required updates

Building and deploying new Okta configurations to support Printify's future operating model

Automation Workflows

Manual identity management doesn't scale. We designed and implemented automation workflows in Okta to match Printify's internal processes:

Automated application provisioning through group-based rules — new employees automatically get access to the tools they need

Onboarding automation — join the company, get your accounts set up without IT manually configuring each one

Offboarding automation — leave the company, access is revoked across all systems immediately

Leave-of-absence flows — temporary access changes handled automatically

Ongoing optimization as business needs and tools change
